About Jason Maddox

Jason has built a career centered on cultivating strong relationships, solving challenges with vision, and driving collaborative growth. His leadership at Coke Florida demonstrates a proven ability to bring together diverse teams and partners to achieve shared goals. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Retail Sales for Coca-Cola Refreshments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee.

Commitment to Mentorship and Youth

Jason’s professional leadership is matched by his personal dedication to youth development. For more than seven years, he has mentored students through the Valencia Promise – Take Stock in Children program, and he also serves on the board of the Valencia Horizon Scholars Program. In addition, he volunteers as a Youth Soccer Coach (U7/8) with i9 Sports, where he helps young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and resilience. These experiences reflect the values of mentorship and positive role modeling that are at the heart of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Partnership with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has been a strong partner to the BBBS mission. Since 2024, Coke Florida has supported BBBS Broward alongside the Florida Prepaid College Foundation, helping to provide a total of 32 scholarships to youth in BBBS mentoring programs. This partnership continues into 2026, ensuring more young people have the opportunity to pursue higher education. Jason’s presence on our Board builds on this partnership and strengthens the connection between corporate leadership and community impact.
