Appointment Announcement

Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Florida is pleased to announce the appointment of Leslie Lee as Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO). In this role, Ms. Lee will oversee statewide financial and operational functions in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies across Florida.

Professional Experience

Ms. Lee brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience to the Association. She previously served as Chief Financial & Operating Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay for 20 years, where she played a critical role in organizational growth and sustainability. As an alumni Big Sister, she has firsthand knowledge of the life-changing impact of mentoring. Most recently, she worked with Metro Inclusive Health, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides comprehensive health and wellness services to diverse communities throughout the Tampa Bay area. Ms. Lee resides in Clearwater, Florida.
